DID YOU KNOW: The ICE will finish the 2013-2014 regular season with a .500 or better record for a League record 15th consecutive season (KAMLOOPS BLAZERS - 1982 - 1996 - previous record) ...JAGGER DIRK became the seventh player in KOOTENAY history to play in 300 regular season games on February 22 in SPOKANE...SAM REINHART, who has set a franchise record for most consecutive games with an assist at 13 (January 29th to February 22nd - eight games was the previous record), has recorded at least a point in his last 20 games (franchise record is 21 games held by MIKE COMRIE – September 23 to November 10, 2000)…REINHART, who is second in the WHL in assists with 58, is fourth in the LEAGUE in points with 90 (32-58-90)…JAEDON DESCHENEAU, who is tied for sixth in the WHL in goals scored with 38, is fifth in the League in points with 86 (38-48-86)...MACKENZIE SKAPSKI, who is tied for fifth in the League in save percentage (.918), is tenth in the WHL in goals against average (2.69)…SKAPSKI, who is tied for first in the LEAGUE for shootout wins with five, has stopped 46 of 49 shots during shootouts in the past two seasons.

INJURIES: Defenseman LANDON CROSS and Forward LEVI CABLE will both be out of the ICE line up day to day with lower body injuries...Forward KYLE O'CONNOR will be out of the KOOTENAY line up one week with a lower body injury...Forward JON MARTIN will be out of the ICE line up one to two weeks due to an illness...Forward RYAN CHYNOWETH will be out of the KOOTENAY line up for an undetermined amount of time with an upper body injury...Defenseman TANNER FAITH will be out of the ICE line up three to five months with an upper body injury.
