McNabb @ Sabres Camp

Last week our newsroom was in contact with Brayden McNabb after he attended the Buffalo Sabres Prospects camp.

Q - Where was the camp?
A - I was in Niagra Falls New York. We were at Niagra Falls University. It was about a week long and they put us through workouts. Lots of practices and we had a few scrimmages and I thought overall it went pretty well.

Q - Were there other WHL players?
A - It was pretty neat. (Tyler) Myers and (Tyler) Ennis were both there. I got to play against Ennis alot last year, something like 6 times. It was a little bit different being on his team as opposed to playing against him.

Q - Were there pro players?
A - Just American League players were there. There was about 10 of them but no NHL guys were there.

Q - How was the experience?
A - Yeah it was a great experience. Just to get going there. Got to play at a whole higher level of hockey was a really good experience.

Q - How does this experience help you this year?
A - You learn alot playing against older and stronger guys. So I can use that in the upcoming year.

Q - What's up for the summer?
A - I'm working out in Saskatoon everyday. Just getting ready for the season coming up.
