Medicine Hat announced the promotion of Tigers’ director of scouting Brad McEwen to the position of general manager with the recent departure of former general manager/head coach Willie Desjardins to the Dallas Stars of the NHL.
Brad McEwen then announced the promotion of Tigers’ associate coach Shaun Clouston to the head coaching position.
Clouston has spent the past seven seasons in Medicine Hat as associate coach to Desjardins.
