Deadline Notes
The ICE roster is now at 20 players, 2 G, 5 D, 13 F.
Jeff Chynoweth tried to add 20-year-old defenseman Ryler Miller, who was released by Brandon this week, but he chose to play in MJHL.
Chynoweth says he will now look at Junior A or a list player to fill 1-2 roster spots.
Looked at offers for Brock Montgomery and Joey Leach but no deal made sense for present or future.
Their leadership is very important to the young club.
20 of the 31 remaining games are on the road and the goal is to make the playoffs.
