ICE CHIPS: The KOOTENAY ICE enter this week's action with a 5-12-1-0 record (3-9-1-0 at home, 2-3-0-0 on the road, 1-1-0 in overtime) and in sixth place in the CENTRAL DIVISION...The ICE will host BRANDON (November 16 and 17) before traveling to the US DIVISION (November 21-24).

MOVEMBER: The KOOTENAY ICE players are taking part in MOVEMBER...Fans can log on to www.movember.com and search KOOTENAY ICE to visit the team page and donate...Last year, the CANADIAN HOCKEY LEAGUE raised a total of $128,222 towards PROSTATE CANCER CANADA and MOVEMBER .

MEET & GREET AUTOGRAPH NIGHT: Following the game against the BRANDON WHEAT KINGS on Saturday, November 17 the KOOTENAY ICE FAN CLUB will be hosting a MEET & GREET AUTOGRAPH NIGHT...Fans will have the opportunity to get their favorite player's autograph and a picture...The event will be held on the concourse.

DID YOU KNOW: SAM REINHART has been named to TEAM WHL for the SUBWAY SUPER SERIES vs. RUSSIA on November 14 in VANCOUVER...REINHART (4-8-12) leads the team in scoring at home with 12 points...BROCK MONTGOMERY recorded his first career hat trick on November 12 against CALGARY...MACKENZIE SKAPSKI recorded his second career shutout against the HITMEN on November 12 (17 saves)...ZACH MCPHEE recorded his first goal with the ICE against MOOSE JAW on November 10.

INJURIES: ERIK BENOIT and JORDAN BOYD will both be out of the ICE line up one to two weeks with lower body injuries.

ONE YEAR AGO: After 18 games of the 2011-2012 season the ICE were 12-3-1-2, after 19 games were 12-4-1-2 and after 20 games were 13-4-1-2.

UPCOMING COMMUNITY EVENTS:
-Power Skating, November 14 from 6:00 - 6:45 pm at Memorial. The team will be helping the power skating club.
-Meet & Greet Autograph Night, November 17 following the game at Western Financial Place. The team will be gathering on the concourse to visit with fans and sign autographs.
