Friday

The Kootenay ICE are in Red Deer as they prepare to face the Rebels on Saturday.
The club will have a practice this afternoon while the Rebels are in Calgary to play the Hitmen tonight.
The ICE like how they played in a 2-1 SO loss in Edmonton on Wednesday.
The ICE played maybe their best game of the season in their own zone and controlled the nuetral zone.
The club obviously is looking to score more goals and create more scoring chances.
They will make a few minor changes to the line combinations to help spark the offense.
In Edmonton the club had 2 breakaways and both times the puck jumped and bounced just as they players (Ismond and McKinlay) went to shoot it and on a 2-on-1 Levi Cable had the same thing happen.
The great thing about a 5-day trip to play only 2 games is the club has had a chance for some team building.
With 8 rookies this year it's important for the players to get to know each other as quick as possible.
