U-16 Manitoba 6 BC 4

Adam Brooks scored a hat trick, while Ty Edmonds made 37 saves to lead Team Manitoba to a 6-4 win over Team BC in Game 6 of the 2011 Western Canada U16 Challenge Cup from Moose Jaw, SK. Team Manitoba will next face Team Alberta in the gold medal game on Sunday at 3:00pm while Team BC will square off against Team Saskatchewan in the bronze medal game at 11:00am at Mosaic Place in Moose Jaw, SK. The Team Alberta vs. Team Manitoba gold medal matchup will be a repeat of the inaugural event in 2009 in Blackfalds, AB, which Alberta won.
