Matt Fraser scored the winner at 4:33 of overtime as the ICE won 3-2 in Lethbridge.
It was a highlight reel goal as Steele Boomer was on a partial break, slammed on the brakes and did a spinaround backhand pass onto Fraser's stick.
Boomer also had a goal while Dustin Sylvester had a shorthanded marker.
Sylvester is tied with Duncan Milroy for 1st place in franchise history with 11 career shorthanded goals.
Lethbridge goalie Brandon Anderson made 44 saves.
ICE power-play was 0/9 while Lethbridge was 0/6.
ICE will host Prince Albert on Tuesday.
