Edmonton @ Kootenay Game #32

The Kootenay ICE will host Edmonton tonight.
This is the 2nd meeting of the year, back in September the ICE won 3-2 in an overtime shootout.
These clubs are going in different directions as the ICE are back home after winning 4 games of a 5 game trip through the BC Division.
The Oil Kings have 1 win in their last 15 games. 6 of those losses have come in overtime and shootouts.
Dustin Sylvester picked up 9 points on the trip while Steele Boomer, Jesse Ismond and Max Reinhart had 7 points.
Oil Kings have been in Cranbrook for 3 days getting ready for this game as their home rink is being used for curling.
The ICE have 6 games left before the X-mas break and are 2 points out of a playoff spot.
The Oil Kings are 10 points out of a playoff spot.
James Martin and Drew Czerwonka could both return to the lineup after each missing 3 games to concussions.
Dominik Pacovsky is still out 2-4 weeks with his ankle injury.
The Oil Kings have won twice in the Rec-Plex in 7 career games.
