Edmonton @ Kootenay Game #10

The Kootenay ICE will host the Edmonton Oil Kings tonight at the Rec-Plex in the 1st meeting of the year between the clubs.
Last year the ICE swept the 6-game season series.
The ICE are looking to win 2 games in a row for the 1st time all season after a 7-4 win against Regina on Saturday.
After a Franchise Record 5 game winning streak the Oil Kings have lost 3 in a row including a 4-0 decision in Swift Current on Sunday.
The ICE are in 2nd place in the Central Division, 1 point ahead of the 3rd place Oil Kings.
5 ICE players are looking to extend their point streaks to 3 games ... Jagger Dirk 0-2-2, Kevin King 2-2-4, Matt Fraser 1-4-5, Joe Antilla 2-1-3, Max Reinhart 1-2-3.
The ICE have called up 15-year-old Sam Reinhart (1st pick 2010 Bantam Draft) to make his WHL debut. His stats in the BC Midget for Vancouver 8 GP 8-9-17, 2nd in league scoring.
The game will feature the 3 Reinhart brothers as defenseman Griffin is in his year in the WHL with Edmonton.
